Justin Trudeau pens 'super cute' birthday message for wife Sophie: 'Mon amour'
Justin Trudeau has a sweet message for wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's on her 48th birthday.
On Monday, the Canadian prime minister took to Instagram with a set of "adorable" selfies starring him and his wife, paired with a heartfelt, celebratory message.
In the first snap, Trudeau posed next to his wife on a hike. The couple was all smiles in the second photo — Trudeau in a white shirt and black tie, and Grégoire Trudeau donning an elegant makeup look.
"Happy birthday, Sophie. From this, to this, and everything in between, there’s no one I’d rather have by my side… I love you, mon amour," Trudeau penned in the caption.
In the comments, fans swooned over the "super cute" birthday message.

On Grégoire Trudeau's birthday last year, Canada's prime minister posted an Instagram post of the pair holding hands on an indoor swing set.

For her 2021 birthday, he shared a photo of the two wearing masks, receiving a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
"Happy birthday to my closest friend and the best partner anyone could ask for. Sophie, mon amour, je t’aime," he wrote at the time.
