JW Anderson and Uniqlo Just Dropped a Modern Preppy Collection of Our Dreams

JW Anderson and Uniqlo are giving the preppy aesthetic a fresh twist for 2025.
Today, the fashion designer and retailer launched a spring/summer line that re-envisions preppy wardrobe staples (think: white button down shirts and polo shirts) with a contemporary lens.
“This season’s collection focuses on classic items such as oxford shirts, denim jeans, polo shirts and hoodies,” says Anderson. “Jeans and hoodies especially have been reimagined with particular attention to detail to achieve the most ideal fit.”
For the collection, Anderson and Uniqlo took tried-and-true styles and infused them with vibrant colors and designs that reflect the current trend cycle. Among the highlights include women's oxford shirts in classic hues and boxy rugby polo shirts, available in solid shades or bright stripes, as well as a slew of denim button down shirts, dresses, and straight jeans embellished with a JW logo. Similarly, the men's offering features a selection of mood-boosting polo shirts (we're talking 13 available colors and prints!) and relaxed chino shorts, along with crisp button down shirts, sweatshirts, and a ubiquitous blazer. Rounding out the collection are playful accessories, including bags, socks, and striped neckties for the perfect finishing touch to your preppy style.
