Kaitlyn Bristowe is skipping out red, white and blue.

On Tuesday, the former "Bachelorette" star took to Instagram with a sultry photo of herself posing in front of a mirror in a black two-piece swimsuit with metallic detailing.

She also included in the Instagram carousel a clip of herself dancing in the same swimsuit top, paired with black ribbed palazzo pants and a matching button-down shirt.

In the caption, the 38-year-old questioned the legality of wearing black on the fourth of July, even for a Canadian like herself.

"Is it illegal to not wear red white or blue on the Fourth of July? Even if you’re Canadian?," she quipped before adding her boyfriend Jason Tartick thinks so. "Jason says yes."

Bristowe's post was quickly met with comments from fans who supported her rebellious fourth-of-July look.

"Black feels more appropriate given the state of things," one Instagram user wrote.

"We stan a saucy Canadian," someone added.

"You look amazing! And as a Canadian, I support your decision to boycott the American flag colours this year," commented another.

One person penned: "You are so Canadian! I love it."

Back in November 2022, fans applauded Bristowe for embracing her Canadian roots after she shared a set of photos donning a "jeanious" denim-clad outfit.

The "Dancing with the Stars" winner paired a denim bodycon dress and a matching choker necklace with natural makeup, while wearing her hair in a half-up-half-down style.

"A Canadian tuxedo party? Jeanious," the "Off The Vine" podcast host cleverly captioned her post.

"First of all, you look amazing! I love that dress on you. A Canadian tuxedo has never looked so good! Secondly, I'm living for this caption. Hilarious!," one fan commented. "You are the queen of puns!"

"Yes, Canadian queen," added another.

"Full outfit envy," someone else wrote.
