Kaitlyn Bristowe is feeling all the emotions.

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old Canadian television personality took to her Instagram Stories to share a clip of herself crying in her car. In the video, the "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" star buckled her seatbelt as she had her hair in a bun and wore a brown sherpa jacket from her collection with Smash and Tess.

"I really don't understand what's going on right now. I know a lot of people are feeling this way, and I want to know what it is," she began. "I cannot stop crying this morning, and I really have no reason. I'm not PMSing, everything's good, I don't have a reason to be feeling this low."

The "Dancing with the Stars" season 29 winner shared that she was "forcing" herself to head to the gym to distract her mind by completing a workout.

"I don't care if I'm crying lifting those d—n dumbbells," Bristowe continued. "I am going to get it in and see if that helps, to just move my body. But guys, what is happening? No, I don't like it!"

A few hours later, the Leduc, Alta.-born star posted a photo of herself lying down on a medical bed getting checked for polycystic ovary syndrome.

"Nothin' like getting probed on a bad day!! (Getting checked for PCOS)," Bristowe wrote as on-screen text.

Then, Bristowe shared a clip and photo of herself fresh out of a skin care appointment at Indie Rx in Nashville.

"Well, I went from getting probed to getting poked for some botox, and Elisabeth, what did you just tell me?" Bristowe asked, as she pointed the front-facing camera to physician assistant Elisabeth Smith.

"Botox improves depression. They did clinical studies on it," Smith replied, to which Bristowe cheered, "I'm cured!"

On Wednesday, Bristowe also posted a selfie on Instagram of herself sitting in her car, her face and eyes puffy from crying.

"Good, n' you? (I look like the clown from 'The Big Comfy Couch')," she wrote in her caption. "Anyone wanna talk about our feelings?"

Fellow television stars and fans showed their support for Bristowe in the comments, with many sending her some love.

"It's a rough week for a lot of us after all the excitement dies down! Hang in there, it's always beautiful on the other side, Kait," penned hairstylist Justin Anderson.

"This was me all holiday season. Hugging you tight, here to vent, yell, cry, laugh — all the things," shared "Love Is Blind" season three star Zanab Jaffrey.

"Older mom here. If everything feels in your face and overwhelming, it's likely social exhaustion and not nearly enough sleep. Find somewhere to block out the world for a couple of days and just sleep with no interruptions or responsibilities," one fan explained.

"It's most definitely the holiday hangover and mercury retrograde coming in hot. I've been feeling this way, as well. Take time with your feelings, I mean feel all the feels. Don't rush yourself to be 'perfect' in your resolutions. The first week after New Year's is a write-off to trying to get yourself back on track!" another added, to which Bristowe replied saying, "Agreed! I'm feelin' allll the things!"
