Whoever says models don't eat has clearly never met Karlie Kloss. When she's not fronting ad campaigns, covering magazines, or traipsing down the runway during Fashion Week, the former Victoria Secret Angel carves out time to post recipes and answer food-related questions on her YouTube channel, Klossy. Even though it's only a year old, it already has more than 500,000 followers.

On the docket this week? Not one, but two variations of chia seed pudding, Kloss's go-to breakfast on the road (she's currently in Beverly Hills shooting the upcoming Netflix talk show Bill Nye Saves the World). "As much as I love making complex baked goods, it's kind of really nice to just make something that's yummy and easy, and this is pretty much exactly that," she says in the video. We're sold.

Read on for the recipes.
