Kate Middleton Allegedly Spotted In Public Amid Conspiracies Of Her Disappearance
Ever since Kate Middleton's reported abdominal surgery and alleged hospitalization, the Princess of Wales has been MIA. She popped up on Instagram with a suspiciously photoshopped family photo and was caught by paparazzi in a blurry (and allegedly fake) car sighting.
Conspiracy theories and public concern have only continued to snowball. But now, The Sun is reporting that Kate Middleton was spotted this weekend while on a visit to a local farm shop with Prince William. According to the outlet, she was "happy, relaxed, and healthy" while browsing the market with her husband.
"After all the rumours that had been going round I was stunned to see them there," an anonymous source said. "Kate was out shopping with William and she looked happy and she looked well. The kids weren’t with them but it’s such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops."

And while we *should* all be celebrating, royal expert Bower claims the "appearance suggests panic at the Palace." Especially considering the fact there's no actual evidence of Middleton's public outing. Pics or it didn't happen?
"Just as last week's furor has died down, they allowed her to reignite all the questions about her health, which should remain private," he told The Daily Mail. "Her advisors clearly can't decide what their strategy should be, or agree it with the Wales's. If they carry on like this—ducking and weaving—it will end badly."
Biographer Phil Dampier added that "if [Kate] is well enough to be seen by members of the public then why can't we be told what is wrong with her?"
Aside from the fuzzy paparazzi photo and the edited Mother's Day Instagram, which received a "kill notice" by major press agencies according to Page Six, Middleton has not been photographed since Christmas Day, which was just weeks before her abdominal surgery.
