The Prince and Princess of Wales, alongside their three children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 — in his first official royal engagement — were put to work helping renovate a scout hut.
The family of five visited the 3rd Upton Scout Group in Slough, not far from their Windsor home, to lend a hand in painting, digging, and more. While all three children partook in the morning's activities, it was Prince Louis who took centre stage, driving a digger with help from Prince William, 40, and helping his mom shovel dirt.
Princess Kate, the joint President of the Scout Association, traded in her coronation flower crown and Alexander McQueen dress for black pants, a button-up blouse, and Blundstone Chelsea boots (shop here in Canada, shop here in the U.S.).
The 41-year-old has donned the practical spring shoes several times in the past, marking the $240 CAD/$210 USD boots as another royal-approved favourite.
Crafted using premium leather, the Blundstone Chelsea Boots come engineered with impact-protection technology to provide wearers with shock protection and support in the heel.
The boot's cushioned footbeds can be removed and washed whenever you feel the need to freshen up, and their low, stable heels provide excellent traction on wet and icy surfaces.
Plus, the unisex boots are designed with extra-thick soles to insulate against cold underfoot temperatures, making them perfect for spring transitional weather.
