While making a major announcement about her cancer recovery journey, Kate Middleton looked radiant in two different sky-blue dresses.

In a video filmed by Will Warr in Norfolk last month, the Princess of Wales confirmed she has officially completed her chemotherapy treatment. The touching film followed Kate as she walked through the English countryside alongside husband Prince William and their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.

'As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment,' Kate said in a voiceover. 'The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant, and we’ve had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.'

In addition to the health status update, the three-minute video also showcased a rare glimpse into Kate’s casual royal style over this past summer, with the Princess glowing in two light blue dresses and her favourite trainers.

The first look was a bohemian midi dress by Veronica Beard (that has sadly sold out) featuring an intricate white and blue floral pattern, with the print lining the sleeves and hemline, as well as running down the length of the dress as intricate stripes. The piece additionally featured mid-length sleeves, a V-neck, and buttons down the centre waistline. She accessorised the look with a simple gold pendant necklace.

Kate's second look revolved around a modest denim shirt-dress, complete with a collar, a belted waistline, and short sleeves. Kate capped off both ensembles with her go-to pair of white trainers by Veja.

Kate has made few public appearances since announcing her cancer diagnosis back in March, having attended Trooping the Colour in June and Wimbledon in July. While she has yet to confirm her official return date to royal duties, she did hint at taking on more public-facing engagements soon.

'Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes,' she said in the video. 'I am, however, looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.'
