These days, going outside requires just a little more forethought than it used to. Thankfully, Katie Holmes found the perfect bag to fit in all your newfound essentials, from a protective face mask to a bottle of hand sanitizer.
Earlier this week, the actress was seen out with chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. in New York City, carrying a medium-sized white braided crochet bag, ideal for fitting in your phone, wallet, keys, any extra masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, and even goggles and plastic face shields (for those of us being extra careful amid the pandemic).
Holmes also donned a printed cloth face mask and a casual gray T-shirt and lightwashed blue jeans.

During the outing, Holmes and Vitolo were photographed embracing, days after they were first spotted publicly together, dining outside at a restaurant.
"She seems smitten," a source told People about Holmes, adding that Vitolo Jr., who's also appeared on shows like Royal Pains and Inside Amy Schumer, is "fun and charismatic."
Vitolo Jr. works at Emilio’s Ballato in New York City, which was bought by his father, Emilio Sr., in the early '90s.

"It’s a seven-day-a-week commitment," he told InStyle last year about the family business. "If you’re going to do a restaurant the right way, you always have to be there," he says. "But on Sundays my father was never the cook. My mother, who’s from Peru, would make us dishes like chicken and rice instead."
