Kelly Ripa and Demi Moore joked about he effects of aging — particularly how they feel about loose, sagging skin — on a recent episode of Ripa’s Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast.

“I try never to turn around and look in the mirror — ever — If I'm naked,” the Live with Kelly and Mark host, 53, said.

“It's so rude,” Moore, 61, said with a laugh.

“I'm like, ‘Is that a dunked teabag?'” Ripa said, prompting the Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans star to reply, “Your body is ridiculous.”

“You haven’t seen it naked,” Ripa shot back.

“Okay, next time I come over, we're gonna have naked time,” Moore said.

Earlier in the podcast, Ripa was the one complimenting Moore’s body, after the actress — who famously wore a bikini in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle —  spoke about her struggle with loose skin.

“I think about all the things that I obsessed over when I was in my 20s and 30s, every flaw that I thought [I had] … Now I think, 'God I'd love those to be my flaws,'” Moore said.

“As skin is going, and having its own program,” Moore continued, prompting Ripa to cut in.

“I'm sorry, I've seen you naked,” Ripa rebuffed her. “You of all people don't get to complain about skin. You have been blessed.”

But Moore replied that the loss of elasticity in her skin is something she’s struggling with — especially after dismissing a friend’s concerns on that very topic a few years earlier.

“I have a friend who used to say, ‘Oh, this loose skin,’ and of course my arrogance was like, ‘Yeah….” I had no connection to it.’ Now it's hitting me of what she was talking about.”

“Skin becomes less elastic as you age, and the natural oil production in skin causes it to dry out,” the Mayo Clinic explains. “You lose the fat in the deeper layers of your skin, and the crevices and lines become more prominent.”

But while Ripa and Moore had a good laugh at the changes their bodies go through as they age, the duo agreed that it’s better to be an older woman these days.

“Women in their 50s and 60s and 70s are now keeping themselves —  thanks to diet, exercise, fitness routines, modern medicine — women are much younger, they look younger, they feel younger, they have the vitality of a much younger person,” Ripa said.

“100%,” Moore agreed.

Ripa added, “I mean, 20- and 30-year-olds are still beating the s—t out of themselves. Time hasn't caught up with them yet.”
