KFC has rolled out some exciting menu changes this year. Recently, the chain revamped its chicken tenders recipe with a new double breading infused with its famous "11 herbs and spices" secret seasoning. Then, the fast food giant released a new dipping sauce and added Cherry Pie Poppers to menus. As if that wasn’t enough, KFC expanded its value menu and dropped plenty of deals so we could try all the new products without breaking the bank.

Now, the Louisville-based chain is turning its focus to the beverage menu by offering customers a new way to enjoy their favorite fountain drinks.

KFC Introduces New Cranberry Drink Menu

As of Oct. 14, KFC fans can add cranberry syrup to their favorite beverages, creating a whole new set of options to explore. One of the featured drinks is Cranberry Lemonade, a tart berry spin on the chain’s classic lemonade. Tea fans will love adding a burst of cranberry to sweet or unsweetened tea for a refreshing pop of fruit flavor.

However, if soft drinks are your go-to, you can add the seasonal-flavored syrup to your soda of choice creating flavors such as Cranberry Starry, Cranberry Pepsi, and even Cranberry Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, the fast food chain’s exclusive peach- and honey- flavored soda.

In an Instagram post sharing the drop, many commenters were excited to see the flavor mash-ups. ”Cranberry Lemonade and Starry sound so good,” said one user. “Oof that Cranberry Lemonade looks promising,” replied another.

Some fans seemed unsure of adding fruit flavor to Pepsi but one Redditor gave it a 8/10 rating. “At first, it's a bit tart, but it gets better the more you drink. Should probably stir it with a straw as well in order for every bit of the syrup to get mixed in with the Pepsi,” wrote the user.

So, the next time you hit the drive-thru to try the new $5 Original Recipe Tenders Box, don’t forget to add on your favorite drink with a refreshing cranberry twist—you won’t regret it.
