While Kardahsian's latest photo earned more than a million likes and endless fire and heart-eye emojis, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star has been on the receiving end of plenty of online criticism. Allegations of Photoshopping and using filters to alter appearance on social media have not gone unnoticed by Kardashian.

When a fan made a TikTok video defending Kardashian from the online bullying, Kardashian took notice, and shared her thoughts in the comments.

"I don't want anyone to kiss my ass. I'm not asking for that," the star said of the online trolling. "But what I am asking for is for people to realize just what articles like this does to someone's soul and confidence."

In a recent interview with People, the star said that she does her best to combat online negativity.

"I think the world right now, we have too much negativity at our fingertips. Just as much negativity, there is positivity, but we don't highlight it as much as we do the negative," Kardashian said, adding that she likes to share positive or uplifting quotes to her own account. "Just as much as I need a little boost in my day, I would assume one out of the 133 million followers I have might want to see the same thing I want to see."
