Kim Kardashian Just Carried a Grocery Bag as an Actual Handbag

One day Kim Kardashian is lugging around a $110,000 Birkin bag, and the next...a grocery bag?
Over the weekend, Kim made the ultimate fashion statement while attending Balenciaga's 2024 pre-fall show in Los Angeles. For the occasion, the SKIMS founder kept it casual in a pair of nude and black lace pantaboots that looked like stockings, and teamed them with a nude mock neck top layered underneath a black zip-up hoodie. Kim completed the atheleisure look with black visor shades and wet hair, and in lieu of a traditional purse, she carried a brown paper shopping bag. But it wasn't just any grocery bag, it was a Balenciaga x Erewhon one that was made as part of the fashion brand's collaboration with the upscale supermarket.
Committing to the schtick, Kim had a fresh bouquet of white flowers peeking out from the bag, as if she just returned grocery shopping from the store.

At the outdoor fashion show, Kim posed with her supermodel sister Kendall Jenner, who opted for a much more formal look. For her part, Kendall wore a long black gown with a high neckline and a sweeping cape, and accessorized with a pair of sculptural gold earrings that were visible beneath her sleek, middle-parted ponytail.

In addition to the Kardashian-Jenners, other celebrity attendees included Nicole Kidman, Salma Hayek, Tracee Ellis Ross, Eva Longoria, Ashley Graham, Joey King, and Zooey Deschanel.
