Kim Kardashian Has Officially Entered the Kate Middleton Chat

And she's taking matters into her own hands.

Like the rest of the internet, Kim Kardashian is curious about Kate Middleton's whereabouts. And she's taking matters into her own hands to find out the truth about what's really going on. Okay, not really, but she did share a cheeky post joking about going into private investigator mode.

On Saturday, the reality star shared a slideshow of throwback photos with a caption that poked fun at the controversy surrounding the princess's prolonged absence from the public eye. “On my way to go find Kate,” Kardashian wrote alongside a carousel of photos that, by the looks of her honey-blonde hair, leather pants, and cropped T-shirt, were seemingly taken in 2022 when she attended her nephew Mason Disick's Bar Mitzvah.

For those who aren't aware, Middleton underwent "planned abdominal surgery" in January and has since been recovering at home with no plans to return to royal duty until after Easter. Conspiracy theories recently reached a fever pitch after a Mother's Day portrait was removed from multiple photo agencies over “manipulation” concerns and a blurry paparazzi shot of the princess was under scrutiny the next day.

Kardashian's post was met with mixed reactions, with some people finding the humor in her caption ("Not on my way to find Kate LMFAO") and others calling her out for being insensitive: "Nothing like a celebrity who allegedly hates rumors, spreading rumors," one user wrote. Summing it up best, another added, "The world is divided into two groups. Those who are living for and those who are loathing this caption."

Kardashian is the latest celebrity to poke fun at the royal drama. Just a day earlier, Blake Lively trolled Kate Middleton with a new highly-edited Betty Buzz campaign that included several Photoshop fails. “I’m so excited to share this new photo I just took today to announce our 4 new @bettybuzz & @bettybooze products!" Lively wrote alongside a snapshot of herself that was obviously manipulated. "Now you know why I’ve been MIA," she added.
