Kim Kardashian Redefines the Concept of Luxury Office With Tanning Beds, Custom Mannequin and More at Sknn’s Headquarters
Kim Kardashian has rethought the office.
For her Skkn by Kim headquarters, which she showed on TikTok Wednesday, Kardashian went for a custom Rick Owens-designed office featuring tanning beds, a “product shrine” and a model of her private plane. The instantly-viral video garnered more than 8.9 million views in less than 17 hours.

“I’m Kim Kardashian.…Of course, I have all my magazine covers covering my walls,” the socialite starts the video, embracing one of TikTok’s latest trends where users will introduce fun facts about themselves justified by their personalities. “I’m Kim Kardashian.…Of course, I have my mannequin with my custom body measurements in my glam room,” she continues.
While taking viewers on a tour, Kardashian showed her concept of a luxury office: a 40,000-square-foot space with a TV wall playing her beauty campaigns on a loop and 3D models of her brain and private jet sitting on her desk.
Kardashian also revealed tanning and red light therapy beds in her office — the latter is thought to reduce stretch marks, wrinkles, fine lines and age spots.
Before ending the video, Kardashian took the opportunity to promote her new Skkn by Kim makeup collection. Skkn by Kim was founded by her in 2022 with aesthetician Joanna Czech. The brand released a line of lip liners ($22), lipsticks ($32) and an eye shadow palette ($50) on Wednesday. The products are available at skknbykim.com.
“I wanted Skkn to be everything that completely makes you look like your best self and that starts with your skin,” Kardashian told WWD.
Besides Skkn, Kardashian is also one of the owners of the shapewear brand Skims, which was valued at $4 billion in 2023 and said to be interested in an initial public offering.
