Vincent Regan as Vice Admiral Garp
Thanks to his feat of capturing the former King of the Pirates, Gold Rodger, Vice Admiral Garp has become one of the biggest names across the seas for better and worse. He takes a special interest in stopping Luffy from becoming a pirate and also takes Koby and Helmeppo under his wing as his new cadets.
Vincent Regan has had many roles throughout his career and appeared in iconic movies like 300, Troy, and Clash of the Titans.

Ilia Isorelýs Paulino as Alvida
Alvida is the brutal and harsh leader of her own pirate crew and one of the first people that Luffy interacts with on his journey. Her weapon of choice is a spiked iron mace that can take down even the fiercest enemy with one blow.
You might recognize Ilia Isorelýs Paulino thanks to her breakout role as Lila Flores in Sex Lives of College Girls.
