Krispy Kreme is celebrating Labor Day with some sweet relief!
Starting Thursday, Aug. 29, the food chain is selling a dozen glazed doughnuts for just $2. The deal lasts until the end of the weekend, on Monday, Sept. 2.
In order to snag the deal, fans need to purchase any dozen at regular prize and get the second batch for $2. Per the company's press release, it’s limited to two dozen in-shop and drive-thru, and one dozen via the app.

Earlier this month Krispy Kreme partnered with Dr Pepper to launch the Krispy Kreme x Dr Pepper Kickoff Collection. The football season-focused menu features three new treats.
Available now, the Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut is a classic glazed doughnut topped with Dr Pepper-flavored frosting. Reminiscent of the carbonated drink, it's topped with burgundy sprinkles and a white chocolate Dr Pepper logo.

The new Buttercreme Goals Doughnut has a glazed doughnut base and is dipped in green icing. Covered in rainbow sprinkles, it's topped with a yellow buttercreme-flavored goal post.
Rounding out the collection is the Kreme-Filled Football Doughnut, which is decorated like a football. As for taste, it’s filled with white cream and dipped in chocolate icing.
While the sporty collection will be available in-shop and for pick-up and delivery, customers can also snag a half-dozen box at select retailers.

Krispy Kreme has had a summer filled with celebrations. In July, the chain celebrated 87 years of business.
On July 12, customers were able to purchase a dozen glazed doughnuts for just 87 cents. The low price honored the 87 years in business since the founder Vernon Rudolph first started selling doughnuts in grocery stores in 1937.
