Kristin Cavallari is getting real about cosmetic surgery.

On Tuesday, the 35-year-old actress took fan questions during an Instagram Q&A session, where she spoke candidly about all things beauty, fashion and health.

"The Hills" alum often speaks out about these topics on social media, and yesterday's tell-all session was no exception.

When one of her fans asked, "Thoughts on Botox/filler? For yourself," the "Very Cavallari" star revealed that although she's seen benefits from the injection on other people, it's not something she's interested in due to the uncertain "long term effects."

"I get asked this a lot — it's not for me (or maybe I should say, I've never done it). But I've seen it look amazing on some people," the star explained. "My concern is that we don't know the long term effects of it (and I don't mean five to 10 years, I mean like 20 years), and I think your face is a muscle, so we need to work it out the same way we would any other muscle."

The "Laguna Beach"-native further shared that she doesn't think Botox is for her due to her fun-loving nature.

"Also, I'm super animated so I need my face to move and honestly, my lines don't bother me," she added.

In other questions from the Q&A, the blonde bombshell revealed that she got a breast lift after "breast feeding three kids," and that self-confidence has sometimes been a "struggle" for her. When a fan asked the actress what being comfortable in your skin looks like to her, Cavallari replied: "Someone really confident (not cocky) who isn't threatened by everything else in my life. That's been a struggle for me."

But this isn't the first time that the mother-of-three has shared her thoughts on cosmetic surgery, beauty and self love. In an interview with Page Six, the star revealed that she's been asked if she's received Botox for many years.

"People started asking me if I’d had Botox during interviews at, like, age 22. And I was so confused," Cavallari recalled.

The actress went on to explain that she doesn't mind having "fine lines" on her face, and that it's important to "embrace" the aging process.

"I have fine lines on my face! I don’t care. I’m really expressive. I like that my face moves. I’m not knocking Botox or fillers; to each their own. I just think for me and my life, it’s not for me," she added. "They scare me, to be honest, because we don’t know the long-term effects of the stuff. I think we should embrace aging!"
