Kristin Cavallari's Booty And Abs Are 💯 In These IG Bikini Photos

Kristin Cavallari has been revisiting her time on Laguna Beach with her ex, Stephen Colletti, in their Back to the Beach podcast, but she’s taking a breather down in Mexico RN.

In a new Instagram post, Kristin shared several pics of herself in a white bikini while on vacation. There’s Kristin and a friend posing in the water with her toned core and legs on full display, Kristin (and abs) riding in the back of a car, and Kristin’s booty floating just above the water as she lounges in the surf.

“Came to Mexico with my bestie for a little detox/reset and I have to say, it’s been pretty magical,” she captioned the photos. “Today we hiked to some waterfalls and it was exactly what we both needed to reconnect with nature 🙌🏻.”

People cheered her on in the comments. “I need some of this,” one person wrote, while another commented, “you look so happy and healthy 🔥❤️.”

Kristin followed that post up with even more Mexico vacay content (because why not?) including another shot of herself in that stunning white bikini.

Earlier this year, Kristin opened up to Us Weekly about how she’s put on weight in the last few years “but in a good way.” Kristin said she was “shocked at how thin” she’d been for a while. So, she decided to focus on building more muscle.

Kristin now works with her trainer three times a week. “He kicks my ass,” she said. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life.” Kristin said she feels “the best I ever have,” adding, “I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

Kristin also Us Weekly that she doesn’t follow a specific eating plan, but she tries to focus on foods that are “organic as often as possible.” That translates to “tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter.”

 

Speaking of her eating plan—Kristin is a cookbook author! Her 2018 book, True Roots, shares her go-to recipes like green banana muffins, bison and veggie kabobs, and zucchini almond butter blondies.
