Lady Kitty Spencer turns heads at the London premiere of 'A Star Is Born'
Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer looked spotlight-ready at the London premiere of “A Star Is Born.”
The 27-year-old model still managed to send photographers into a frenzy, even up against the film’s stars Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.
Spencer arrived in style wearing a sheer black gown with plunging neckline, and diamante jewelled detailing. Spencer, who is a muse for Italian fashion brands Dolce & Gabbana and Bulgari, the statuesque daughter of Princess Diana’s brother, Earl Charles Spencer opted to keep her hair and makeup simple for the star-studded occasion.

Spencer most recently walked the runway for Milan Fashion Week, but isn’t letting her gig as a model overshadow her passion for philanthropy.
“I have immense gratitude for the life I live but it also gives me a platform to talk about issues and causes I feel passionately about,” she said during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year. “That’s a responsibility that I take very seriously. Having awareness and gratitude is important.”
