Lala Kent isn't planning on wasting any of her breast milk.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 34, appeared on a Tuesday, Dec. 31 episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast and spoke about how she's been breastfeeding her second daughter Sosa, whom she welcomed this past September.

As she spoke about how nursing is going, Kent shared that she put her breast milk in her coffee that morning since she didn't have anywhere to "save it."

"I put it in my coffee and drank 10 ounces of breast milk this morning," she said, adding that she was "not dumping it down the sink."

Alongside Sosa, Kent is mom to daughter Ocean, 3, whom she shares with ex Randall Emmett.

Back in September, the mom of two opened up about her decision to encapsulate her placenta after giving birth to baby Sosa. She shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of a pill bottle and explained her decision as she wrote over the image, which also featured her newborn daughter's feet.

"I've spoken about encapsulating my placenta after I gave birth to Ocean," Kent began, referencing her older daughter. "I felt it helped me adjust into postpartum, and leveled my overall mood."

"I did it again with Sosa, and I'm having the exact same experience. This isn't to open the 'do it — don't do it' conversation. It's simply to share my personal thoughts and experiences," she continued, tagging the brand she used.

Later that fall, Kent opened up about whether she'd continue growing her family while chatting with Andy Cohen on a November episode of Watch What Happens Live.

"Now that you've had Sosa, do you want a third child?" Cohen asked Kent.

"Yes, I do. I think I'm going to do it," she admitted, adding, "And if I have a third, what's one more?"

Kent then explained that she has 16 leftover vials from her intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedure from when she was trying to get pregnant with Sosa, so she's able to grow her family whenever she desires.

"I did IUI, I did not do IVF, so I didn't freeze my eggs. But I had 17 vials of the donor's 'goods,' and I got pregnant off of one," Kent revealed. "So I still got 16 more, baby!"
