The Estée Lauder Cos.’ Deirdre Stanley will step down from her role as executive vice president and general counsel, effective April 3. Stanley hailed from Thomson Reuters prior to joining Estée Lauder in 2019; her successor will be announced at a later date.
Parlux has tapped Dan Manioci as vice president of global consumer engagement for Billie Eilish Fragrances. Previously, Manioci served as vice president of marketing and head of global digital at MCM.

Dr. Chopra’s Ayurvedic-inspired wellness and body care brand, Chopra, has named Sam Ong, formerly of Tao Hospitality Group, as its head of business development.
TikTok-viral body and facial skin care brand, Truly Beauty, has announced Nick Bracken as its new chief operating officer. Bracken most recently served as vice president of operations at Glow Recipe, and before that held stints at ZitSticka and Korres.
Also at Truly, Kamilla Khanbalinova is now chief sales officer. Khanbalinova joins the brand from Amorepacific U.S., where she held the same role.
