Lauren Ash isn't opposed to a good selfie.

The "Superstore"alum took to Instagram on Wednesday to show off her best posing skills and her toned legs. In the photo, Ash wore a pair of jean shorts with a black Purple Rain T-shirt.

"Lost balance about .2 seconds after this photo was taken and rolled off that chair like a toddler," she captioned the photo for her more than 281,000 followers.

Fans immediately weighed in on the star's selfie, with many noting the 39-year-old's recent body transformation.

"You're one of my favourite actresses ever and you look fantastic," commented a fan. "I love you so much, no matter what size of body you’re living in, because your heart and personality are always pure as gold."

"Oh my gosh, you look incredible!" wrote another with a red heart emoji. "You're an inspiration to me as I'm also on my own weight loss adventure!"

"Great shot! You look happy, gorgeous and you're looking fit and fab!" said another fan.

"You look really amazing and thank you so much for sharing your journey so openly and honestly," commented another.

Although many fans have celebrated the star's weight loss, Ash has had to call out internet trolls who have criticized her body.

In an Instagram earlier post earlier this month, Ash lamented that there was simply "no winning" when it came to her weight.

"You know what’s fun? When you’re living in a larger body, people post that they’re concerned for your health. Then, when you transition into a smaller body, people post that they’re concerned for your health," she wrote.

The actress told fans that there was "no secret" to her weight loss, and that she's determined to appreciate her body at all sizes.

"I have always posted photos celebrating my body. I’m not going to stop now. I’m more confident and happier than ever before in my life and I enjoy commemorating that with fashion posts and all that fun stuff," she wrote. "You have no ownership over my body. Nor do you over any person in the public eye."
