Between the slightly oversized, boxy structure, versatile color, and casual design, the jacket can be worn with almost anything in my closet, including layered over bulkier sweaters during winter. The double-breasted collar and two-button closure add so much visual interest to the front of the jacket, and the button cuffs give the option of cinching the sleeves.
I had the opportunity to try the jacket in a classic light tan color, but it also comes in black and gray. At just $30, now is the perfect time to add another color to my collection since my current one is worn on such high rotation. The jacket is mostly made from organic cotton, giving it a breathable feel with just enough stretch. I’ve washed the jacket once, and it came out looking just as good as when I first received it. It did require a little ironing to release wrinkles, but I was happy to find that it was so easy to clean.
