Frito-Lay has issued a recall for a limited number of its Lay’s Classic Potato Chips, which may affect those allergic to milk.

The company shared in an announcement on Monday, Dec. 16, which was posted on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website, that some of its 13 oz. or “party size” bags may contain undeclared milk.

Frito-Lay was alerted to the undeclared allergen through a consumer contact but said that no allergic reactions related to this recall have been reported as of Dec. 16.

The products in question were on store shelves in Oregon and Washington as early as Nov. 3, according to Frito-Lay. The impacted potato chip bags have a “Guaranteed Fresh” date of Feb. 11, 2025 and the manufacturing codes, “6462307xx” or “6463307xx.”
