Lea Michele Goes Ethereal in White Lace Dress by Shushu/Tong at FN Achievement Awards 2023
Lea Michele arrived on the red carpet for the 2023 Footwear News Achievement Awards in New York City on Wednesday looking ethereal in a white long-sleeve lace dress with a button-up bodice and a small black ribbon at the waist from Shushu/Tong.
She accessorized her ensemble with a diamond ring and white and black diamond stud earrings from Effy, sheer black tights, and completed her ensemble with black satin pumps with a pointed-toe, sleek arch and an almost three-inch stiletto from Roger Vivier.

Michele’s choice to wear Roger Vivier shoes coincided with her presenting the brand’s creative director Gherardo Felloni with the 2023 FNAA for Designer of the Year. Michele has a longstanding relationship with the brand and its creative director, as she wore a pair of silver platform heels to this year’s Met Gala.
This year, Felloni also introduced a couture-inspired collection for fall 2023 and also debuted bespoke couture handbags during Paris Couture Week in July.
Michele is off her Broadway run as Fanny Brice in “Funny Girl,” concluding her role in the show on Sept. 3. In May, she teased her next Broadway role to Variety but declined to specify the name of the production.
For 37 years, the annual FN Achievement Awards — often called the “Shoe Oscars” — have celebrated the style stars, best brand stories, ardent philanthropists, emerging talents and industry veterans.
