Leaked: Nerds Gummy Clusters Has 2 New Flavors Hitting Shelves

Every year the National Confectioners Association (NCA) hosts the largest confectionery snack event in North America called the Sweets & Snacks Expo. From start-ups to leaders in the industry, thousands gather for a few days of networking, awards, and showcasing their newest products.
In a recent press release, the NCA shared upcoming trends expected in the candy industry. Among those listed were candy that enhances social gatherings, like barbecues, along with limited-time seasonal offerings. In addition, candy that has a combination of unique flavors and textures is expected to keep growing, which isn’t surprising considering the popularity of products like Nerds Gummy Clusters.
In just a few short years, Nerds Gummy Clusters has expanded to multiple flavors since the candy's release in 2021. The clusters quickly became a fan favorite and now it looks like two new flavors could be hitting shelves soon.
Nerds Gummy Clusters New Berry Punch Rush and Grape Strawberry Blitz Flavors
Nerds Gummy Clusters are the ideal candy. They’re tart, they’re sweet, and they’re poppable. With crunchy Nerds covering the outside and a soft, fruity center, the bite-sized candy "ropes" you in with every bite. According to the 2024 Snacks and Sweets Expo site, it looks like we could be getting two new limited-time flavors: Berry Punch Rush and Grape Strawberry Blitz.
Instagrammer @candyhunting posted a photo of the bags spotted at the Ferrara booth during the Expo, and fans are already thrilled. "My absolute favorite of all time," said one commenter. “Can’t keep any flavor of them in the house for more than 24 hours,” exclaimed another.
In a separate post, @snackolator shared a collage of the new flavors along with other finds from the expo such as Sweet Tarts Gummy Halos and Baskin-Robbins Chocolates.
"Nerds Gummy Clusters are the best candy on the market!!! I’m here for new flavors.” a fan stated.
Another commenter replied with a guess on their release date. “Hopefully the red, white, and blue is a sign they’ll be out this summer.”
While we don’t know for sure when the new flavors will hit shelves, we are hopeful that we will see them in stores within the next few months. And we'll be first in line to try them.
