  • The star shared her "favorite workout" is a class at DRUMBOXING.

  • LeAnn also enjoys taking SoulCycle classes with her husband, and quick workouts that she can squeeze into her packed schedule.

LeAnn Rimes, 40, recently shared a very interesting new workout on her Instagram feed. The country singer posted a video of highlights from a class she took with her husband, Eddie Cibrian, at DRUMBOXING.

DRUMBOXING, in case you're not familiar, is a boxing-adjacent class that "uses a combination of afro-cuban rhythms and fundamental boxing techniques while applied to patterns, tempo changes, and commands to create a brain stimulating exercise," according to their website. There's a studio in Malibu, California, which LeAnn and Eddie seem to be making good use of.

In the video, LeAnn is strong and toned in her leggings and a long-sleeved T-shirt as she beats drums along with the instructors. "A lot of you had questions last week after I posted my favorite new workout, so I'm going to take you along with me," LeAnn says at the beginning of the video.

Her post sequences the different stages of the workout at DRUMBOXING. According to their website, a DRUMBOXING workout places each participant in their own "ring" composed of four separate drums. The instructor leads the class through a series of "progressive movements matched with composed rhythms," per the website.

"If you're looking for a new workout class that tests your brain as much as your body, go check out their page. We love it here!" LeAnn wrote in the caption.

Lots of LeAnn's fans said they wanted to try the workout in the comments. TBH, it seems pretty cool. Throughout the video, LeAnn smiles more than I ever would during a workout!

In addition to her new fave "boxing" class, LeAnn enjoys all kinds of exercise, and likes to get her sweat on just about anywhere. Based on her Instagram, the singer enjoys beachside yoga, and she even told US Weekly in 2017 that she brings a jump rope everywhere she goes. This allows her to squeeze in a workout from her dressing room if she wants to.

"So, it's easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” the star told US Weekly.

LeAnn also reportedly loves going to SoulCycle, particularly with her husband Eddie Cibrian in tow, per US Weekly. Aww.

As for her diet, LeAnn's food philosophy is all about "nourishment." She likes green smoothies, tacos, and veggie bowls, she said in an interview with Women's Health. But she's also not one to mark anything "off" her list.

"Nourishment usually looks like high-quality, healthy, whole foods, but sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," LeAnn told Women's Health. "It’s all a balance."

Trying unconventional workouts and a balanced diet? LeAnn is truly a healthy queen!
