Lenny Kravitz Opened Up About Daughter Zoë's "Beautiful" Relationship With Channing Tatum
"It's wonderful to welcome him to the family."
Lenny Kravitz has officially given his blessing to daughter Zoë Kravitz and her fiancé, Channing Tatum. During a new interview with People, the musician and actor praised his daughter's relationship, saying "it feels right."
“I like [Channing] very much," Kravitz gushed, before adding that the two "have something that's naturally special" but still "do the work" that comes along with any successful union.

"They are dedicated. That's what it's all about," Lenny said. "It's beautiful to watch."
The Hunger Games star went on to say that the couple's commitment to each other reminds him of the advice his grandmother gave him as a child.
"I remember hearing something from my grandmother at a very young age," Kravitz explained. "She said, 'It's not just that I'm in love with your grandfather, I'm dedicated to your grandfather.' Because sometimes, you don't feel that love, right? So, then what do you do?"
"It has to be something beyond that love, and that is dedication," he continued. "So, that is something that I see that they have. It's wonderful to welcome him to the family."
Channing and Zoë first sparked dating rumors back in 2021 after meeting on the set of their film Pussy Island and later unofficially confirmed their romance by leaving the Met Gala together that year. After more than two years of couple Halloween costumes, movie premieres, and weddings (alongside Taylor Swift, no less), sources confirmed that Channing and Zoë were engaged in October.
Lenny initially gave his stamp of approval earlier this month during a red carpet event at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. "Hey man, that's life," he said when asked about their relationship. "When your family is happy, when your child is happy, that's it — I've done well. Blessed."
