All About Leo Woodall's Latest Thrilling TV Series 'Prime Target'
Since appearing in the second season of The White Lotus, Leo Woodall's star has continuously been on the rise, and was undoubtedly bolstered by his lead role in Netflix's One Day, where he starred opposite Ambika Mod as Dexter Mayhew.
This year, the actor shows no signs of slowing down as he's set to star alongside Renée Zellweger in Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy which will premiere on February 13.
Now, Woodall is returning to our TV screens with his latest project, Prime Target. The Apple TV+ series will see the star take on the role of a young intelligent mathematician who unlocks dangerous secrets.

What Is The Plot Of Prime Target?
As per Apple TV+'s official logline, the premise of the film follows a bright math postgraduate called Edward Brooks (Leo Woodall) who is studying at Cambridge university.
'On the verge of a major breakthrough, if he (Edward) succeeds in finding a pattern in prime numbers, he will hold the key to every computer in the world. Soon, he begins to realise an unseen enemy is trying to destroy his idea before it’s even born, which throws him into the orbit of Taylah Sanders, a female NSA agent (played by Quintessa Swindell) who’s been tasked with watching and reporting on mathematicians' behaviour. Together, they start to unravel the troubling conspiracy Edward is at the heart of.'

While most of us will be familiar with seeing Woodall star roles that focus on his character and a love interest, Prime Target will see the actor take on a more thrilling role. However, this isn't Woodall's first time featuring in this genre of TV and film. Previously, he has starred in Cherry (2021), Citadel (2023) and the upcoming films Nomad, Nuremberg and Tuner.

The Apple TV+ miniseries consists of eight episodes.
When Is Prime Target Set To Release?
From January 22 Prime Target will be available to watch, exclusively on Apple TV+. Viewers will be able to stream the first two episodes immediately, and one episode will be released weekly, thereafter.
