Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista has put her Manhattan apartment back on the market for $8.2 million, per the New York Post. She previously listed the property in May 2024 for $1.3 million above its current asking price.
Evangelista, known for her prolific modeling career throughout the 1980s and 1990s, purchased the penthouse in 2001 for $1.4 million, which is equivalent to $2.5 million today. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is situated in a full-service, six-story building in the heart of Chelsea. Upon entry, guests are ushered into a bright, airy atmosphere with sky-high ceilings, large windows, and a plethora of skylights. The 4,022-square-foot abode maintains its charming industrial qualities, including concrete floors, exposed brick, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

The supermodel’s posh pad also boasts its fair share of modern luxury amenities. A windowed hallway leads to the residence’s kitchen, which is outfitted with an eat-in area, stainless steel appliances, and a Sub-Zero fridge. The primary bedroom, tucked away in a corner of the apartment, features views of the Hudson River and the High Line.
The en-suite bathroom comes complete with a soaking tub and glass-paneled shower, while the adjacent dressing room features a seating area and tons of custom floor-to-ceiling storage space. As advertised by the listing, the three additional bedrooms in the supermodel’s unit could be used as guest rooms, home offices, or creative spaces. Evangelista’s residence also comes with its own 2,500-square-foot private roof terrace with views of the city skyline.
