Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn took to Instagram on Monday to share an important message about self-love and authenticity.

"The Pack" star posted a set of photos of herself in a snakeskin bikini dancing on a boat.

"Smiling because I’m finally my authentic self 100% of the time," she captioned it. "And happy to be surrounded by people who love me for who I am. Getting to this point has taken a long time, but I’m here and I’m not going anywhere!"

Her post was quickly met with resounding support and praise from her more than 2.1 million followers.

"It's hard work being someone else. It's the easiest thing in the world to simply give yourself permission to be your true authentic self," someone commented.

Vonn's latest post comes just one month after revealing that she used to be body-shamed for looking "too muscular."

In an interview with the New York Post’s Alexa magazine, she confessed that her fame has come with plenty of criticism over her body — specifically when she would dress up for special red carpet events.

“A lot of people have said, ‘You shouldn’t wear things like that. It doesn’t look good on your body type.’ Or ‘You’re too muscular for that,'” the 36-year-old explained, adding that she doesn't plan on naming any names. “I’m not going to say who, but I’ve had a lot of people say not such nice things to me."

She went on to explain that her workout regime nowadays is far less demanding.

“I’m a lot leaner. I used to do things that were so sport-specific, so I had to be bigger. But everyone is like, ‘Oh my God, you’re in the best shape of your life.’ It’s like — yes and no. I’m not training for my sport anymore, I am training to be lean and fit," she said. "I’m just working out to keep my knee strong and feel good."
