Listen to Cheryl and Liam Payne's son Bear's adorable Geordie accent
Cheryl and Liam Payne welcomed a baby boy into the world in March 2017, which means their son Bear has just turned three. And while the couple, who are no longer together, keep him relatively shielded from the spotlight, Cheryl just shared the most adorable video of his accent on Instagram Stories.
Cast your mind back to the simpler time of 2016, and you might remember the One Direction member and Girls Aloud singer confirmed their relationship with a selfie. Fast forward to early 2017, and after months of speculation and no pregnancy confirmation, Cheryl gave birth to their son, Bear.
Sadly the couple's relationship was short lived, and they announced their split in July 2018. Since then, they've spoken out numerous times to insist there's no animosity, and to share how they're getting on with co parenting Bear.
And now, Cheryl has given fans their most comprehensive insight into their son's life so far, revealing his adorable Newcastle accent on social media.
In a series of Instagram Stories, the singer is telling fans about her NHS rainbow T-shirt, when her son interrupts saying he'd like something to eat. He then says he wants to go to the park, and then for a walk - all in an adorable little Geordie accent. Just like his mum! THE CUTEST.
Liam recently opened up about what it was like isolating during the coronavirus pandemic without his son, telling The Sun: "Me and Cheryl had a very open conversation about visiting, but it’s difficult. It was right around his birthday that [lockdown] happened. It was one of the first times I was in the country for his birthday and I was ready to go over and I just thought, ‘I don’t know how I feel about it’.
Liam continued, "So it’s just been difficult having to put up with a lot of FaceTime, and sometimes he wants to talk on FaceTime, sometimes he doesn’t."

With that little Geordie accent, we'd want to FaceTime Bear all the time too.
