"Like the rest of us, Santa and Mrs Claus made some pandemic purchases, including a stationary bike and big screen TV. It also appears Santa has embraced remote work with a laptop showing a video meeting with his elves, alongside his old school typewriter and rotary phone," Amanda Pendleton, Zillow's home trends expert, told Insider.

The bedrooms have Christmas-themed decorations and there's a map in Santa's office that he uses to plan his journey around the world.
