Louis Vuitton is stepping into a new era.

On March 5, the mega fashion label announced that in Fall 2025 it will debut a makeup category called "La Beauté Louis Vuitton" helmed by legendary artist Dame Pat McGrath, who serves as creative director.

The partnership promises a wide range of products, including 55 lipsticks, 10 lip balms and eight eyeshadow quads in the first collection. Details of the packaging have yet to be unveiled, but McGrath teased to Vogue that it would feature the iconic "LV" signature. The outlet also reports that the formulas took four years to perfect.

“Working backstage for over 20 years at Louis Vuitton fashion shows, I am thrilled to now play such a key role in the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, which is the result of extraordinary craftsmanship, creativity and innovation. The beauty universe is about so much more than just product, and what we are creating here will unlock a new level in luxury beauty," McGrath shared in a press release.

Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton added that the launch is a "natural business evolution" for the house. "Through this new universe, we have the opportunity to further accompany clients in their everyday lives with purpose and pleasure, while continuing to celebrate our creativity and heritage.”

Further details about the groundbreaking news have yet to be shared, including whether or not there will be a celeb face attached to the launch.

However, if we had to nominate a star for the appointment, it'd be Taylor Swift. The pop star rocked Louis Vuitton when she attended the 2016 Met Gala and has more recently looked to the label for her Chiefs-inspired game-day outfits as she supported Travis Kelce throughout the season. She also famously worked with McGrath for her "Bejeweled" music video glam.
