In the Yahoo Canada studios, there was an audible gasp as some of the biggest names in entertainment arrived, including the one and only Oprah Winfrey.

Winfrey was invited through her royal connection to Markle — more specifically, Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland. The pair reportedly sat down with the media legend for an exclusive interview prior to the wedding at Winfrey’s home in California.

However, while audiences across the pond were fawning over Winfrey’s appearance and her custom blush dress by Stella McCartney – the British press zeroed-in on the mystery man accompanying her.
