Malcolm Stewart's Violent Heat Race Front Flip Crash Anaheim 1

Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing's Malcolm Stewart had a wild ride during his Heat Race on Saturday night.

During the race, coming out of the sand section, his bike went sideways. This caused Stewart to high-side and buck off the handlebars, causing him to do a front flip, landing on his right side and violently hitting the ground. He was able to get up on his own power after some time being attended to by the Alpinestar's medical crew.

Stewart would line up for the LCQ, with the Anaheim 1 crowds approval, to place second and his entry into the Main Event. He finished an impressive 10th place in the main after that gnarly crash.
