Maybe it's because I was a teenager during the 2000s Hot Topic heyday, but there's something I'll always love about the combination of cherries and leopard print. And it looks like I'm not alone in my admiration for the vintage pinup-inspired duo. Judging from her latest manicure, Megan Fox is also a fan.

The star incorporated a touch of the rockabilly aesthetic into her new set, which was the handiwork of Brittney Boyce, her go-to nail artist. “Sexy and cute was the vibe,” Boyce tells Allure of the inspo. “And who doesn't love a 3D cherry mani?” Truer words were never spoken.

Fox loves adding decals, charms, and interesting nail art textures to her manicures. In the past, we've seen her incorporate vampiric charms with a Victorian vibe and cover a traditional French manicure in little gemstones, among many other creative sets courtesy Boyce. She even pierced her nails with silver chains for the People's Choice Awards, so it's no surprise she'd continue experimenting with 3D nail art.

After adding length with Red Carpet Manicure's LED Soft Gel Tips in a medium almond shape, Boyce created the leopard print with the brand's Cuddle Me Teddy Cream Gel Palette, setting the foundation with a warm tan shade, dotting little brown spots all over the nail, and defining the splotches with a darker color around the edges. She then fashioned 3D cherries with the assistance of the Midnight Berries Cream Gel Palette and Brite Lite Cream Gel Palette, placing the red-and-green fruits on Fox's pinky, middle finger, and thumb on one hand and ring finger and thumb on the other. These are not your typical delicate mini cherries, either; they take up most of the nail for a true statement-making mani that is equal parts dangerous and delicious.
