Is Meghan Markle Finally Bringing Us That Jam? Here's What We Know
Expect to see Meghan Markle a lot this year. The former actress-turned-entrepreneur is launching an assortment of artisanal products under her lifestyle brand, As Ever, which will include teas, cookies, and crepe mixes. If you’ve already binged her Netflix series With Love, Meghan (and seriously, if you haven’t, what are you waiting for?), you might have spotted some of her products on the show—like the flower sprinkles, honey, and even preserves.
Details about the launch have mostly been kept under wraps, but Markle recently gave us a sneak peek into her jam-making process, and it looks just as delicious as you’d expect.
Markle doesn’t do anything halfway, so naturally, you can expect her preserves to be freshly squeezed and carefully packaged into jars, sealed with elegant, keepsake packaging.
But it’s not just the packaging that’s getting rave reviews. The jams don’t just look beautiful—they taste hella good, too. Official reviews aren’t out yet (boo), but a few of Markle’s celebrity friends have already taste-tested the jams, and they’re all singing their praises. Actress and director Mindy Kaling, who appeared on Markle’s series, called receiving the jam “one of the most glamorous moments of my life.”
And it’s not just Kaling who’s impressed—Markle’s pilates instructor, Heather Dorak, also sampled the jam and declared it her “current nighttime snack obsession,” according to People.
While many details about the jams—and other As Ever products—are still under wraps, some things are already clear. We can expect the jam to be available in both standard and keepsake packaging. Plus, fans can look forward to purchasing a limited-edition wildflower honey with honeycomb. Yep, the exact same honeycomb from Markle’s Montecito mansion will be up for sale.
