Meghan Markle Says Lilibet Has Started to Walk and Is ‘Toddling’ After Big Brother Archie

Meghan Markle is a proud mom and she’s not afraid to show it.

The Duchess of Sussex opened up about her daughter Lilibet on the latest episode of her podcast series, Archetypes. While chatting with actress Pamela Adlon, the royal shared that her one-year-old daughter has started taking her first steps. “Lili has just started walking,” she said on the episode. “She’s a year and a couple of months old.”

Markle also revealed that she’s “toddling” behind her older brother, Archie.

Earlier this year, Prince Harry sat down with People and candidly talked about how Lilibet is learning how to walk. “Her current priorities are trying to keep up with her brother; she took her first step just a few days ago!” he told the publication. “Proud papa, here.”

This year has been filled with major milestones for little Lilibet. Back in June, she celebrated her first birthday. Markle and Prince Harry released a never-before-seen portrait in honor of the special occasion. In the photo slideshow (taken by Misan Harriman), she donned a bright blue dress with a white hair bow, which beautifully showed off her curly red locks.

Congrats on reaching such a big milestone, Lilibet!
