Melissa Grelo shares throwback snap with Taylor Swift: 'We thought she was big then?'
Amid "Eras Tour" ticket drama, the Canadian TV host is "remembering how fun her shows really are."
Melissa Grelo is reminiscing on meeting Taylor Swift.
On Thursday, the "CP24" co-host delighted her Instagram followers with a carousel of "TBT" photos from the day she met Taylor Swift five years ago, during her "Reputation" tour.
"TBT — timely throwback," she captioned the post which included a snap of Grelo in a white crop top and black trousers next to the "Anti-Hero" singer, who wore green camouflage pants, a black cami and a short-sleeve shrug.
"Five years ago this month, being invited to go to [Taylor Swift's] #Reputation tour and to meet Miss Swift herself!," Grelo penned.
"We thought she was big then?! Won't be as lucky this time around, but remembering how fun her shows really are!," Grelo added before quipping, "Good luck out there! Hunger Games = getting Eras' tickets!"
Fans met the Canadian TV personality's photos with warm messages and thanked her for sharing such a "magical" memory.
"Great pictures, Mel. Looks like a great memory," one person commented, while another added, "That must have been incredible!"
"That’s really cool. Good for you," someone chimed in.
"Must have been magical!," a fan wrote.

Last month, among several other Canadian influencers and TV personalities, Grelo attended Beyoncé's "Renaissance World Tour" show in Toronto, Ont..
She took to Instagram with her concert preparation and outfit for her followers. The 46-year-old opted for a denim crop top embellished with crystals, paired with distressed baggy jeans. Her hair was styled in voluminous mermaid waves, and she wore metallic purple eyeshadow with bold black eyeliner.
In the caption, Grelo expressed her excitement and gratitude for the unforgettable experience, emphasizing how fortunate Toronto is to host artists of Beyoncé's caliber.
"Worth every penny!," she wrote. "[Beyoncé] delivered 2.5 hours of power, music and good vibes! We're lucky to live in a city where artists of her calibre come to perform."
