Millie Bobby Brown looks 'all grown up' at 'Stranger Things' premiere: 'This is Millie?'
Millie Bobby Brown went full-glam for the season 4 premiere of "Stranger Things" in New York City.
On Saturday, the 18-year-old hit the red carpet in a custom one-shoulder monochrome Louis Vuitton look that featured a white belted bodice and thigh-high slit. Brown looked almost unrecognizable with new honey-coloured tresses complete with eye-skimming bangs.
The star arrived at the Netflix event with her boyfriend Jake Bongiovi, son of musician Jon Bon Jovi. The couple beamed during the outing, holding hands and wrapping their arms around each other while posing for pictures on the red carpet.
The young couple became Instagram-official in November 2021 when Brown posted a loved-up snap of them on the London Eye ferris wheel. They made their red carpet debut in March 2022 at the BAFTAs in London, England.
Fans couldn't help but notice how "grown up" Brown looked for the event; the actress was just 12-years-old when the show premiered six years ago.
"She looks great and the dress is beautiful," wrote a fan on Instagram. "I keep forgetting that she has a boyfriend and she's all grown up now!"
"This is Millie? She looks unrecognizable! But gorgeous!" commented another.
"She looks AWESOME. This is a hard age to dress in Hollywood and I think it's either they look too young or too old," said another. "The girl looks classy and is finding her style. Love it!"
"I don't care what anyone else says but Millie is absolutely serving with this dress! Her and Jake look great," added another.
Brown has spoken candidly about the struggle to grow up in the public eye.
"I deal with the same things any 18-year-old is dealing with: navigating being an adult and having relationships and friendships, and it's all of those things," she said during a recent interview with "The Guilty Feminist" podcast. "Being liked and trying to fit in, it's all a lot, and you're trying to find yourself while doing that. The only difference is that obviously I'm doing that in the public eye."
