After more than a year of waiting, Bling Empire season 2 has finally dropped on Netflix. And fans are eager to watch all the sparkle and drama the cast brings with them. If there's one thing that holds true in the world of reality television, it's that adding new cast members always make for an interesting season. Bling Empire's second season is no exception.

Indeed, newbie Mimi Morris is already turning heads thanks to her unique background and lavish Instagram posts. While her humble beginnings in Vietnam set her apart from many of her cast mates, who were born into lives of affluence, her luxe Instagram grid suggests she has done quite well for herself in the intervening years. Viewers are already scouring the internet for more information on this glam LA mama.

Lucky for you, WH has all the details. Read on to learn more about Mimi, her CEO husband, and her childhood in Vietnam.

Who is Mimi Morris?

Well, Mimi Morris really does it all. She's been a model, an entrepreneur, and is now a philanthropist. Mimi is one of seven siblings, according to E! News.

The 52-year-old was introduced to season 1 cast member Christine Chiu by Chèrie Chan, and the two are now apparently good friends, per The Tab. Christine described Mimi as “a firecracker, everything she says makes you happy."

Mimi can often be found decked out in the hottest designer items and her Instagram is always popping with lavish, colorful snapshots of her life. TBH, it definitely looks fabulous!

She has lived through a war.

Mimi is originally from Vietnam, and before moving to Los Angeles, she lived there with her family. Although she enjoys a glamorous lifestyle now, that wasn't always the case.

Mimi and her family went through some really hard times during the Vietnam War, at one point even taking shelter in a hole in the ground for two whole years, per The Cinemaholic. The family had to subsist on very little food and water.

She now lives a very luxe life in Orange County, California, with her family. And sources say that her home cost a whopping $8.8 million, per The Tab.

Her husband is the CEO of his own company.

If you already follow Mimi on Instagram, you'll know that she loves posting photos of her family, and especially her husband, Don Morris. The couple has been together for roughly two decades and have a 22-year age gap, putting him at around 74.

You could say Don's been pretty successful. After graduating from USC in 1969, Don founded his own company, Morris Group International, that manufactures products for non-residential construction markets. Not long after, Don traveled overseas and landed himself a high-ranking position at the Acorn Engineering Company. By 1985, Don was promoted to president, and by 2003, he became the CEO, per The Cinemaholic.

Don brought Acorn under Morris Group International in 2010, and to this day, holds the title of CEO.

They have three kids together.

Mimi and Don Morris have three kids together. However, it's the couple's 8-year-old son, Skyler, who is most often seen on their social media. So, don't be surprised if he makes a few cameos of the show every now and then.

What is Mimi's net worth?

As of right now, Mimi's net worth has not been confirmed. But it's estimated that Don has a net worth of about $800 million, and with Mimi's new gig on reality TV, their joint net worth could be close to $1 billion, per The Cinemaholic.
