Nicole Scherzinger is having the time of her life in Barbados right now, and sheā€™s got the bikini pics to prove it. The singer just casually dropped eight different shots of herself in a thong bikini from all angles, showing off just how strong she is right now.

Thereā€™s Nicole showcasing her toned legs and core while posing on a set of stairs, then shots of the 44-year-old posing by a bunch of rocks, and Nicole flashing a hint of her toned booty in her thong bottoms while watching the sun set. ā€œHeaven on Earth,ā€ she wrote in the comments.

Naturally, people freaked out over her strong photos in the comments section of the post. ā€œThis bikini is living šŸ˜ suits you so well šŸ”„,ā€ said one, while another wrote, ā€œLorddddd have mercy.ā€

Nicole recently told Womenā€™s Health that she likes to ā€œswitch it up and try new thingsā€ with her workouts. ā€œMost recently, Iā€™ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,ā€ she shared.

Nicole said sheā€™s big on cardio HIIT and HIIT with weights, like running on the treadmill for a few minutes before doing a circuit of weights, then doing some more cardio before completing another circuit. ā€œI feel like I get more results that way,ā€ she said.

But, again, Nicole likes to keep it fresh in the workout department. ā€œI love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio,ā€ she said. ā€œItā€™s really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up.ā€

The star previously told Womenā€™s Health UK that likes to use Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir. ā€œI love Svavaā€™s technique,ā€ she said. ā€œWith me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done.ā€

On the food front, Nicole told WH that sheā€™s a fan of intermittent fasting and tends to have breakfast foods at lunchtime. ā€œI love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham,ā€ she said. She also likes to add in sliced cherry tomatoes and avocado.

Snacktime might feature raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, Himalayan salt popcorn, and dark chocolateā€”preferably with sea salt or almonds. ā€œIf I have some frozen fruit laying around, Iā€™ll make an oat milk smoothie,ā€ she said. ā€œSometimes Iā€™ll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory.ā€

Dinner is usually pretty simple: A meat protein, grain, and veggies. ā€œItā€™s usually like chicken and rice, fish and rice, and then a side of vegetables,ā€ she said. At the end of the day, Nicole likes to sip on mint tea. ā€œThereā€™s never not a right time for mint tea. Thatā€™s my motto,ā€ she said.
