The star posed for several snaps in a colorful thong bikini, showing off her toned abs, legs and a peek of booty.
Nicole loves doing HIIT workouts, and she follows an intermittent fasting diet.
Nicole Scherzinger is having the time of her life in Barbados right now, and sheās got the bikini pics to prove it. The singer just casually dropped eight different shots of herself in a thong bikini from all angles, showing off just how strong she is right now.
Thereās Nicole showcasing her toned legs and core while posing on a set of stairs, then shots of the 44-year-old posing by a bunch of rocks, and Nicole flashing a hint of her toned booty in her thong bottoms while watching the sun set. āHeaven on Earth,ā she wrote in the comments.

Nicole recently told Womenās Health that she likes to āswitch it up and try new thingsā with her workouts. āMost recently, Iāve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,ā she shared.
Nicole said sheās big on cardio HIIT and HIIT with weights, like running on the treadmill for a few minutes before doing a circuit of weights, then doing some more cardio before completing another circuit. āI feel like I get more results that way,ā she said.
But, again, Nicole likes to keep it fresh in the workout department. āI love doing everything from SoulCycle spinning and climbing to boxing and dance cardio,ā she said. āItās really good to always keep your body guessing and to always switch it up.ā
The star previously told Womenās Health UK that likes to use Viking Method trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir. āI love Svavaās technique,ā she said. āWith me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done.ā
On the food front, Nicole told WH that sheās a fan of intermittent fasting and tends to have breakfast foods at lunchtime. āI love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham,ā she said. She also likes to add in sliced cherry tomatoes and avocado.
Snacktime might feature raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, Himalayan salt popcorn, and dark chocolateāpreferably with sea salt or almonds. āIf I have some frozen fruit laying around, Iāll make an oat milk smoothie,ā she said. āSometimes Iāll put turmeric powder in it, which is delicious and anti-inflammatory.ā
Dinner is usually pretty simple: A meat protein, grain, and veggies. āItās usually like chicken and rice, fish and rice, and then a side of vegetables,ā she said. At the end of the day, Nicole likes to sip on mint tea. āThereās never not a right time for mint tea. Thatās my motto,ā she said.
