Niece pens cruel poem about her uncle’s baldness

For many guys, going bald can be terrifying. Not only does a lack of hair make you look older, but not having a head full of luscious, flowing locks can affect confidence and feelings of worth. One man certainly agrees.

Reddit user TheToolMan recently posted a picture of a poem that was sent to him by his niece. It’s starts off nice enough with “rose are red, violets are blue.” But instead of the punch line being something along the lines of how much she cares for her uncle, she instead writes, “and you are still bald and you can not change that at all.” Ouch!

Had there been more of a clever rhyme, the poem may not have hurt so much but as it stands, even the Reddit user admitted it “cut deep."

TheToolMan explains that his niece and he often send each other funny cards in the mail but that this one was perhaps a little harsh.
