The Fit
As a plus-size woman, I know how important the fit is to any item I wear on-repeat in my closet. At first, I was hesitant because this jacket is made of 100 percent cotton, which in theory— makes it more desirable for a vintage effect, but that meant it didn’t have stretch or give when placed around my curves. Thankfully the jacket has a relaxed fit and in sizes 1x to 4x. After trying on the 2x, I was pleasantly surprised that it was a perfect match. For me, it instantly felt like a winner. My arms and bust were roomy enough to layer a long sleeve shirt underneath during the colder months and it was actually long enough to hit right below my hip.
The Price
As far as plus-size denim jackets go, this one at $48 is a steal. Like I mentioned before, it is made of 100 percent cotton which will stand the wear and tear of longtime use. Similar plus-size jackets at department stores average closer to $100+.
