Oreos Are The Upgrade Your Rice Krispie Treats Deserve

Ingredients
Cooking spray, for pan
5 tbsp.
unsalted butter

(10-oz.) bag mini marshmallows
Pinch kosher salt

Rice Krispies cereal

Oreos, crushed, divided

whole Oreos
1 tsp.
coconut oil, divided
1/3 c.
semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 c.
white chocolate chips
Directions
Line a 9”-x-13” pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt together 1/2 teaspoon oil and white chocolate in 20-second intervals until smooth. In a separate bowl, repeat with remaining 1/2 teaspoon oil and semisweet chocolate. Set aside.
In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt butter. Stir in marshmallows and salt and stir until mixture is melted. Remove from heat. Immediately add Rice Krispies and half the crushed Oreos and stir with a rubber spatula until combined.
Working quickly, press half of mixture into an even layer in pan, then top with a layer of Oreos. Press remaining mixture over Oreos. Top with remaining crushed Oreos, and drizzle with melted chocolates.
Let set for 15 minutes, then cut into squares before serving.
