Paso Robles shop is filled with art and gifts from 30 local makers. Take a look inside
Looking for locally made art or food products in Paso Robles? Check out the Paso Craft Collective.
The store, located a block from Paso Robles’ Downtown City Park on Railroad Street, offers shoppers the opportunity to peruse the works of about 30 artisans from the Central Coast, according to owner Marisela Mendoza.
The collective is home to a wide variety of products from stationery and landscape paintings to handmade cosmetics, locally sourced honey, olive oil and vinegar.

The store opened in November after Mendoza saw a need for a space in Paso Robles for makers to be able to sell their goods at a brick-and-mortar shop without paying extensive fees.
At the collective, every artist is one of a kind. Mendoza told The Tribune the collective avoids taking on creators who make similar kinds of art.
“We want to give everyone the opportunity to get sales,” Mendoza said. “If we have one person making clay earrings, we are not going to sell for another person also making clay earrings.”
Artists are paid monthly based on how their items sell, Mendoza told The Tribune.
Mendoza herself is an artisan who sells her goods at the collective. She is the founder of Bonding Organics, an all natural bath and body products company.
Mendoza said that anyone in the community interested in selling their artisanal goods at the shop should reach out to her by email at pasocraftcollective@gmail.com.
Local artisans and curious shoppers can also find the collective on instagram at @pasocraftco.
The Paso Craft Collective is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
