Paulina Gretzky celebrates birthday with glamorous 'Studio 34' disco party
Paulina Gretzky is going full-on glam for her birthday.
On Wednesday, the 33-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to post photos and videos of her early birthday celebration, a few days before her actual birthdate on Dec. 19. Featuring a massive sign reading "Paulina's Studio 34," the daughter of Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky ensured she rang in her new birth year in style.
During the party, Paulina rocked a pink sleeveless sequinned mini dress featuring a plunging neckline, along with bedazzled silver heels and long straight hair.
The star showed off her modelling skills in one clip, where she shimmered in front of a bar decorated in shiny mirrors and several disco balls.
In her footage, Paulina showed off some of her favourite people at the Studio 54-style bash.
The Los Angeles-native included a snap of her husband, 38-year-old Dustin Johnson, who wore a black buttoned shirt, black pants and a custom white suit jacket.
In the photo, Johnson pulled open his jacket, which showed that its lining is covered in shots from the couple's wedding, which took place earlier this year in April.
Paulina also included a video of herself posing with one of her best friends, Kristina Melnichenko, who attended the event wearing a pink one-shoulder mini dress featuring a fishnet skirt.
Melnichenko paired her look with metallic silver heels and a shiny rose necklace, while leaving her hair fall straight over her shoulders.
Paulina also included several pics and clips of the decor from her birthday bash, including a video of a long dinner table covered in dozens of candles which sat underneath a ceiling with silver balloons and fringe strands.
The party featured several mirrored walls and palm trees decorated with large shining disco balls. The space was also lit up with vibrant purple and blue lighting.
Guests of Paulina's party were treated to dinner, as well as shots of alcohol and a cocktail list including drinks called "Paulina's Spicy Studio 34," "Pink Kiss" and "P's Paloma."
Decking out in full glam isn't an odd choice for Paulina. In November, the star took to Instagram to post a series of photos of herself wearing a sapphire blue sequinned plunging mini dress. She paired the look with rhinestone open-toe silver heels, as well as a black mini handbag.
"After hours," she captioned the post for her more than one million followers.
Fellow celebrities and fans showed their love for Paulina in the comments of her post, with many noting her stunning looks.
"Smokin'. Miiiss you," commented Vera Wang, along with several flame emojis.
"Absolutely the most beautiful woman walking the planet!!!" someone added.
"Drop dead gorgeous," penned someone else.
"Absolutely breathtaking," a fan chimed in.
