Paulina Porizkova is getting real about aging.

The 57-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a video of herself getting treatment during a physical therapy session. In the clip, which is set to the tune of "With A Little Help From My Friends" by The Beatles, the Swedish model laid on a flat massage table with a blue towel covering her body, as a therapist worked on her hips.

"There are some drawbacks to this aging biz. Mine is this stupid hip arthritis," Porizkova began in the caption to her post. "It started with just a twinge on one side a few years ago, and now I have to really work on it daily to maintain mobility."

Porizkova then explained that being on the CBS reality show "Beyond the Edge" earlier this year with "no food and no sleep and insane physical challenges" wasn't something that helped with that pain.

"On my return, I took a break from working out and wrote a book, and once done, jumped back into doing what I can to sweet-talk those cranky hips," the former "America's Next Top Model" judge continued. "I do [physical therapy] and try to do some daily, at least to roll out and a few stretches. I work out twice a week and do deep tissue work twice a month."

Then, the actress further shared her experience with deep tissue.

"Deep tissue isn't for the faint of heart. It hurts. It's digging into parts of your body you didn't know could be dug into. But, after a session, I'll have at least five days of much less pain, and my workouts are more effective," she wrote. "Yes, I have tried every supplement and every possible therapy, but sometimes, it just is what it is.

"I know I'm lucky that I can afford professional help, and I'm super grateful to my team for their expertise. BTW, hips do lie."

Fans took to the post's comment section to show their appreciation for Porizkova's authenticity, with many sharing their own experiences with body pain.

"I feel ya! I had that and waited for a couple years before a hip replacement. Best thing, I shouldn’t have waited so long. You know Christie Brinkley had one too?" one fan penned.

"D—, I didn't know you had arthritis! How did you manage to get so far on that reality show in the middle of the jungle suffering like this?! I'm very sorry," another added. "My mother has fibromyalgia and I know how painful this type of disease!"

"Got my hip replaced an hour ago. In recovery and feeling fine! Already walking! But [physical therapy] kept me pain free for years before doing this. Just keep moving!" someone shared.

"I know how painful it can be for the deep tissue therapy. Some think it's pleasurable but in reality the pleasure is feeling OK for the next four to five days," someone else explained. "My grandma used to say, getting old is for sissies."
